Randall Friend was seeking from a very young age – after many ups and downs he ran across the teachings of Nisargadatta Maharaj and then had conversations with Gilbert Schultz and eventually Sailor Bob Adamson. The search ended with the realization that the seeker as an individual entity never actually existed. Randall writes a blog called You Are Dreaming. has recorded meetings and audio blogs/podcasts on Avastu Design, has written a book published by Non-Duality Press called You Are No Thing, and has several interviews on the Urban Guru Cafe.
